Instructions

Click the link in the center of the page that corresponds to the day of the menu that you wish to select. The menu for the day will load. Then simply click the food items you want for Breakfast, Lunch and Supper. There are four boxes at the bottom of the menu for each meal, where you can type in specific instructions or requests. Also, notice that you can click on any menu item and change it, or add information to it. If you change a menu item, remember to check it also, so that the changed menu item will print on the Tray Ticket.

Once you are finished, click the submit button.

The items you select will print on the Tray Ticket that accompanies each meal that is served.

No one is limited to the selections on their menu. Additional items can be added at any time and can be requested at any time. Our goal is to make sure everyone has a pleasant dining experiece at every meal and everyone gets plenty of all the menu items and special requests they want.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need to select every day of the menu ?

Not necessarily. If you do not select any given day of the menu, the house items will be served.

2. Do I need to re-select each day of the menu every month ?

No. Your selections for each cycle of the menu will be saved and used again when that day of the menu cycle is served again. You can, however, make changes to your selections at any time and the new selections will be served.

3. Can I make additions to the menu ?

Yes. Type in your requests in one of the boxes at the bottom of the meal for each menu. There are four boxes at the bottom. You can type special items, or special instructions into these boxes. Also notice that you can edit every menu item and your changes will print on your Tray Ticket instead of the standard menu item.

4. Once a given meal is served, can I or my loved one still request other changes ?

Of course, anyone can make and receive special requests at any time. Please note that Tray Tickets are printed a day ahead. If you want your changes or requests to go into effect sooner, then click the Contact Us menu at the top right to send us an email.
