Inputing Weights for the Active System if very easy, quick and streamlined. This is vital to making sure weights are always in the system or can be entered as you discuss the resident in the Weekly Weight meeting. Having a complete history of all weights for all residents at all times is one of the features of the Active System that you will come to Rely and Depend on. This is different from other systems where weight input and other data input is a chore that someone has to do. With the Active System it's not a chore, so the weights are always in the system and available.

CNA's can input Meal/Snack/Hydration Consumption directly into the Active System or you can use this Quick Input Routine to input it in 30 minutes weekly
Since ADL Sheets, and in particular, Meal, Snack and Fluid Consumption records, are MANDATED by the State, these records are very critical to resident care and your documentation must match these records.
